In this talk will be given a portrait of Ghana’s actual situation as an ethnically diverse, politically divided and religious plural nation. Emmanuel Kwame Tettey sees diversity as the fundamental issue for conflict prevention, peace and reconciliation. How can we be tolerant and co-exist peacefully, without giving up of our group values and interests? Which initiatives are promoting peace? How do the churches focus on equipping young people with conflict management skills?
