Mexico City is one of the most populated cities of the world, a city with a population of almost twenty million of population. Mexico also has the highest rates murders, feminicides, human trafficking and missing persons. Every day nine to ten women are killed in Mexico.

Yet this type of worship to La Santa Muerte survives and grows amongst the marginalized members of the Mexican society.
